Boarding Houses & Rental Houses around Pai Chai campus

1. Boarding Houses

There are many boarding houses in the neighborhoods that encircle Pai Chai University. Boarding houses usually provide Korean meals for breakfast and dinner. Bathroom facilities are usually shared. A shared room costs about 500,000~600,000KRW ($454~$545) won per month.

2. Monthly Rental

A studio (a one-room or two-room apartment) usually costs around 500,000KRW ($454 USD) won per month. Utility fees including gas, water and electricity are students' responsibility. A small refundable deposit is required. Monthly payments are not refunded.
